Commercial real estate can be a great investment as can purchasing the right business or franchise. The beta version of the new online platform UpFlip specializes in both these exciting areas and is now up and running.

Without access to the right resources finding the perfect piece of commercial property or hunting down a good business or franchise to invest in can be wildly challenging. The same goes for people doing the opposite, hoping to sell their commercial real estate, business or franchise and get a price they are happy with.

The good news is UpFlip recently celebrated the launch of the Beta version of their online platform that makes searching for and finding commercial real estate, businesses for sale, or franchises easier. They are open to purchase quick, smooth, and even fun. Judging by the initial reaction alone it is very likely UpFlip will quickly grow to be a dominant player in their space.

“We are excited to release a platform that offers more features, options and valuable tools for entrepreneurs to use,” commented a spokesperson from UpFlip. “We are perfecting everything in our Beta version now for when we release the full version of our platform.”

The UpFlip platform allows users access to a very efficient search engine with many filter options to speed up finding exactly what the user is looking for, if available. A blog is in the works that will cover topics aimed at the people interested in the commercial real estate and franchise worlds, and other online resources related to real estate are also in the work.
