Coldwell Banker relies on Kasaz's method of always offering the truth and putting the user at the center of operations

Kasaz, a real estate portal that's claim is that they are the most trustworthy, has reached an agreement with the real estate network Coldwell Banker to facilitate property sales.

This agreement has been possible due to the historical interest of Coldwell Banker in capturing quality contacts, a factor that is also part of Kasaz's core. It's a quality that the portal achieves through its well-known publications, since it does not allow publication of more than an advertisement for property, requires that the photographs of the property are professional, contrasts the data provided with those registered in the cadastre and verifies all the information of the property, functioning as well as a natural filter for potential buyers. In this way, users can trust that the information they see in the portal is reality.

According to the agreement, Coldwell Banker will advise its agencies and franchised agents to publish the announcements of their properties for sale to the platform as a priority, since it is the only platform that instead of charging a monthly fee, charges advertisers when they get qualified contacts to visit the properties.

With these conditions, Coldwell Banker will sell its properties in a more efficient way and aligned with the needs of users and customers, by relying on the Kasaz method of putting the user at the center of operations, in addition to putting the quality above of the overwhelming number of false, misleading and dubiously reliable advertisements that abound in certain other real estate portals.

For his part, Sébastien Marion, CEO and Founder of Kasaz, said about this agreement with Coldwell Banker: "It is a great privilege to sign this agreement with one of the most prestigious international real estate agencies. Coldwell Banker focuses on delivering quality and the fact that they have chosen Kasaz as a new broadcast channel positions us as an important alternative to large portals. "

François Carriere, President and CEO of Coldwell Banker Spain, has stated that based on the policy and values, such as efficiency and transparency, of Coldwell Banker, the Kasaz concept is aligned, with a publication linked to the result, the controlled leads and prequalified François Carriere also insists, as real estate agents we are accustomed to charging the result, and with Kasaz it is only charged if qualified leads are received.

Kasaz and Coldwell Banker are two companies that fight for transparency within the real estate sector and are committed to the quality of the real estate they sell.
