JLL Philippines has been named a winner in the Consultancy Category at the International Property Awards—Asia Pacific. JLL has garnered this same recognition for its performance in the real estate industry since 2016, proving a point that whatever country it holds operations in, the accomplishments for clients, employees, and the community have been acknowledge.

For 2018, JLL Philippines grew its local footprint with the acquisition of JCL International, one of the country’s top project management and construction companies. JLL Philippines’ 2018 portfolio notably grew as it booked big projects courtesy of the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Commercial Leasing (CL) groups. The partnerships formed in 2018 were a testament on JLL Philippines’ strong position as the country’s real estate leader.

Another highlight of the award is the recognition on JLL Philippines’ efforts to introduce innovative business approaches that shape the future of real estate. In 2018, JLL Philippines launched a series of initiatives to support its vision in property technology or ‘Proptech’, known as Techathons. As part of JLL’s regional campaign, the Philippine hub adopted the Techathon where employees built various technologies such as chatbots, data algorithms, and data analytics. The goal of the Techathon is to develop a mindset among JLL Philippine employees into becoming more tech-savvy and future-ready professionals.
