The international real estate consultancy presents a space called to completely change the process of searching for office spaces

An international real estate consultancy, JLL, has presented its 'Sala NxT', a unique space designed to immerse its occupants more physically into the office search process.

NxT has been designed by JLL to offer its customers an unprecedented digital experience in which they can share information, facilitate the selection, accelerate and make more efficient in time and costs the strategic decision-making process of finding new spaces of offices.

For Enrique Losantos, CEO of JLL Spain, this room "embodies our commitment to innovation as a vehicle to be the best in a market in constant evolution. In addition to our capacity for data analysis and modeling and the experience of our team, it will make the office search processes smaller and more dynamic, efficient and effective."

The international real estate consultancy starts up this avant-garde room in Madrid, after the successes in the United Kingdom and France.

The NXT Room will allow those companies that are looking to rent office spaces to visit virtually the spaces that best suit their needs available in Madrid and that, in doing so, the process becomes an experience. It's because the NxT Room is equipped with a technological interface that allows to visualize and move freely through potential buildings of interest through digital reproductions of different types: 360º views, plans, large-format photographs, etc. It will also allow the manipulation of plans and live images to bring the client closer to what the potential space will be like, that this is possible.

The room, conceived and developed by Tetris, the design and construction area of JLL, is completely soundproof and designed to enhance the experience. The NxT Room is connected to multiple intelligent databases that allow to show its users a higher level of knowledge and analysis about the physical characteristics, and the social and economic environment of the assets they are considering.
