Developed in partnership with the employment portal Hoytrabajo.com.ar, which - among candidates and companies - already exceeds one million users throughout the country, the application seeks to be the starting point to be able to expand throughout Latin America.

With Jobinst companies can publish their job offers and contact all applicants at no cost. It also offers jobs that cover all areas, from professional offers to unskilled, high turnover and inclusive jobs. It's totally free and available for Android and soon on iOS.

Currently in the app there are more than 500 job offers published by different companies, mostly SMEs and HR consultants, many of which offer opportunities for candidates who do not yet have work experience. The app is directly connected to the website of Hoytrabajo.com.ar, where through this alliance users can share accounts on both platforms -both web and mobile-, removing the need to create a new profile and giving them the option to apply from the cell phone just by downloading the app in Google Play Store or Apple Store, or from a computer accessing hoytrabajo.com.ar.

The co-founder of Jobinst, Matías Ghirimoldi, tells how they decided to give the innovative approach to the app's business model: "It's not so much about trying to sell online recruitment services to SMEs and HR Consultants, but to generate alliances with them. , providing quality and free technological tools so that they can access the best talent available in the labor market. In return, we obtain a large number of job posting publications; which translates into traffic with which we monetize the product. "

Our experience

Once downloaded and opened, the app will show us a screen where we will have to choose if we are looking for a job or if we are a company that is looking for candidates. In any of the cases we have chosen, a form will be opened that we must complete, if we already have an account in Hoytrabajo, we can access it from the option that is below the form without the need to complete it.

After having registered we will see four functions on the screen:

  • Search: Where job offers come out.
  • My Offers: Shows job offers that were offered to us based on our job profile.
  • Chats: To be able to talk with the company (not yet available in the app).
  • Home: Here we will see our profile.

If we apply for a position and we are chosen by the company, a chat will be enabled through which the pre-selection process can be continued and an interview coordinated. All candidates who apply for a job have the certainty that their CV actually reaches the company, and it is the latter that decides on the interest or not in the CV of the candidate. Candidates receive weekly alerts with new job offers according to their profile.

If you have a company...

Employers who download the application can register their company and post all their vacancies for free. Depending on the type of position, companies can receive an average of between 100 and 300 applications in less than 48 hours. Then, an automatic pre-selection system suggests the best candidates for each position.

AI in recruitment, the great innovation

Jobinst has an artificial intelligence engine called "TalentRanking®", which instantly selects the best profiles for each job. The system is composed of an algorithm that "matches" matches between the profile of the candidate and the position, processing the matches by automatic learning (machine learning). In this way the times and costs are reduced when selecting the best CVs.

Towards regional expansion

"We are working energetically to make 2019 a year of expansion in Latin America, we have already begun to generate strategic alliances with companies and HR consultants and soon we will participate in investment rounds. We want to launch Hoywork and Jobinst in several countries of the region," says Matías Ghirimoldi, who does not rule out the possibility of association with any of the large foreign employment portals that already have an eye on the Latino market.
