Consumers planning to travel to Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar, Indonesia, or Singapore will now have a single mobile app that will make their trip easier and help them save on money.
When you travel to a foreign land, one of the first things right after your check-in into the hotel is find out what you have around, the restaurants, super shops and how you are going to travel to your desired destinations.
The most straight forward solution we all resort to is to grab a cab. And that is what I am talking about here.
Right after you step down from the airplane, use the free airport wifi and download the app called Grab to make it your constant companion for your stay here. We all know about Uber, right? Like duh who does not.
Grab is something similar but much more. Other than the common Uber facts of having ride sharing, car-pooling, bike ride it also offers cars with family friendly ride with a bigger car, assistance for disabled or elderly, minivan, bus, shuttle, food delivery and cash less payment solutions as well.
You can also have parcel or even grocery delivered to your door step. As a tourist, I did not really need the other services as much though. I basically used the app for booking a private car or taxi nearby. Recently, I had been to Malaysia for about two weeks and have used this app since day one of our stay.
