Click Dealer started up at the beginning of 2018 and introduced their digital car retail platform, ClickEngage, and has already manifested £47.6 million of sales all through their platform.
ClickEngage is used on auto dealer websites by utilizing the company's open APIs. Platforms can be custom per dealer to allow consumers to buy their car online which will include financing, deal stacking, car reservation, and data capture. Or dealers can just choose from a few of these features and only add a few to their site according to their needs.
The platform will give dealers a more customer focused platform. Information requests will be served into the DMS and give consumer information in the platform. This should give dealers more power and information when interacting with customers and hopefully ensure a better sale.
