HR software provider rexx systems integrates AI into job searching

The Hamburg-based manufacturer of HR software rexx systems takes the work of HR departments to a new level: artificial intelligence (AI) now makes it easier for applicants and employers to get together.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is currently a hot topic. Machines can recognize and optimize patterns and processes. There are fears that AI could destroy human jobs. There are admonishers and supporters. 

But now, it is all the more important for HR departments to optimize their job search using AI.

rexx systems has already integrated AI into its offerings. The application management software of the leading Hamburg-based provider of human resources software enables and facilitates e-recruiting with the proven rexx workflow. The rexx ranking automatically qualifies and validates the applications according to predefined job profiles and assessment criteria, while a so-called CV parser crawls the CVs that are sent as print or e-mail attachments and automatically reads out the information.

rexx systems also operates one of the fastest-growing professional job boards. Employers can advertise job advertisements for free or "promote" themselves as a plus or top employer for more than 200,000 visitors per month from 250 euros per month. Or they can leverage the finest jobs talent pool with thousands of profiles of current or potential job seekers. Five talent requests per week are free.

Job seekers can apply for a one-click application with an average of around 30,000 jobs, and is also on available on mobile devices. Upon request, the platform will help both the active seeker and possible proposed candidates to find the dream job anonymously. Talent scouts and private mediators can also earn money with it. 

Jobbringer

The jobbringer.com app is a new AI-based way to search for jobs. Interested parties receive tailor-made job offers on their smartphone. You can set criteria such as geographical area, desired salary, working hours, industry or career level in the app according to your individual requirements. Subsequently, algorithms with artificial intelligence ensure that exactly the right offer for the dream job reaches the recipient. The pool of around 30,000 jobs from 2,000 certified employers from the job market serves this purpose. If the job fits, the next application steps are automatically initiated. If it does not fit, it can simply be wiped away and will not reappear.

Jobbringer.com also makes it easier for employers to find suitable candidates and thus offers jobs in a more targeted manner. With Reverse Recruitment via Talent Pool, registered companies can search the deposited profiles of the talents for free. In addition, employers can get two different seals at finest jobs: these are "Best Recruitment" for companies with the best ratings and "Top Recruitment" for good ratings. Even those who apply via the smartphone app, jobbringer.com, or simply on finest-jobs.com, will have the opportunity to comment on the recruiting process of the potential new employer and evaluate this. The platform places great emphasis on the quality and seriousness of the reviews and has its own employer seal and rating portal developed. Unlike other portals, employers' reviews come from the applicants themselves.
