Car owners are finding it hard to stick with just one vehicle. When consumers begin looking for their new car they find themselves overwhelmed by different options. ZECAR, an Israeli-based company, is hoping to take on this challenge and make it easier to match consumers up with the car they need.
Similar to finding a date on Tinder, ZECAR utilizes artificial intelligence to match up specific vehicle searches with the consumers whose needs match the vehicle.
Their mobile app will change how a car shopping searches and looks for their new car. Normally a consumer would have to sift through hundreds of cars, read through reviews, and eventually find the cars they want. ZECAR will put consumers in contact people who can be informative about any concerns or questions someone will have.
ZECAR will also help out current vehicle owners as well by being a source of information about the cars they already own. If a car owner isn't sure about an indicator light or a specific issue with their vehicle, ZECAR will connect consumers to a chat with a current or previous owner of the same car who can help them with their problems.
ZECAR will also feature a news feed of custom content based on a consumer's own interests. It'll stay up to date with auto topic, ratings, reviews, and their friend's activities.
Omer Efrati, the CEO of ZECAR, described the app, “There is no better source of car related information than the car owners themselves…ZECAR is the first online platform to allow connections between users that are tailored specifically to their needs from another user’s first-hand experiences. ZECAR is also a great opportunity for manufacturers to connect with clients on a deeper level and to really understand their needs.”
ZECAR is currently available on both Apple and Android devices.
The company does believe they offer a better choice than searching the internet blindly for answers and empowering consumers to control their own search and information about cars.
