Big Boy Toyz, a used luxury car retail showroom, is hoping to cause a shift in how online auto sales and retail operate by bringing their own straightforward e-booking operation into the industry.
For consumers hoping to purchase a used luxury vehicle Big Boy Toyz entering into online retail is potentially good news.
Currently the company focuses on an open and honest transaction process within their showrooms and hope by introducing their own approach to sales into the online retail market.
"Being an industry stalwart, within the last decade BBT has built a massive consumer loyalty for their brand. This, along with a transparent e-booking mechanism in place, Big Boy Toyz has been able to generate almost 50 % of their overall revenue via online sales," BBT said in a statement.
BBT began back in 2009 and currently carries over 150 luxury super vehicles that include 24 different brands.
During 2018, the company reached yearly sales worth over $37.5 million and the company expects that number to continue to grow. Currently BBT expects to sell around $60 million worth of vehicles during this next financial year.
Big Boy Toyz's Founder, Jatin Ahuja, discussed the online booking push from his company by saying, “Cruising through our website and our social media pages, consumers are provided with an in-depth insight into the cars we host in our inventories.”
He went on to add, I personally felt that a personal connect with the consumers was important in order to convert them to potential customers. The pull strategy for our working gives us more insight as to what exactly the customers are looking for and the sort of response they give."
