It's the largest annual reference event for human resources departments in talent management and development. At the Talent Summit, the best technological startups related to talent management will meet together with professionals and human resources consultants and the main agents related to the entrepreneurial ecosystem such as accelerators, investors and incubators.

The objective of the foundation is to make Spain a benchmark in terms of technological solutions that are developed in the field of talent.

To do this, they want to identify the entrepreneurs who are working on these solutions that serve to develop, manage and value the talent of the teams. This meeting becomes a great opportunity to meet and share the proposals that the market needs to address the digital transformation in which we are immersed.

The Talent Summit will consist of two editions. The IV Talent Summit will be held in Madrid on October 8 and the II Talent Summit that will take place in Barcelona on October 24.

This is how the competition works

These are the steps that must be followed to participate in the Talent Summit.

1. Present your project

There is no second chance to make a good first impression, so from the organization they ask the candidates to offer all the details of the product or company with the best words so they can have better information about the firm.

If the proposal was not selected to participate in previous editions it is possible to try again this year and demonstrate the improvements and possibilities of the initiative.

2. Preselection

Of all the registrations made on the web, the Action Tank committee will choose the ten best startups that will participate directly in the event, presenting their project through the Elevator Pitch methodology.

3. What is the elevator pitch?

The startups will have five minutes to present their projects to the public made up of companies, human resources consultants, professionals, investors, incubators, coworking and innovation centers, among others.

During the marked times, they must convince those present that their idea is the best. For this they can only use their speech, without any audiovisual resources and with a maximum of two people per Startup.

4. Voting

At the end of all the pitches, the five winning startups will be selected.

During the last presentation, the jury of experts will select the three best proposals giving the first, second and third prize.
