Hibob, the transformative HR tech platform that helps high-growth companies engage with their employees and develop their culture, is continuing to embrace its dedication to supporting employee experiences with the launch of its Kudos and Employee Lifecycle Feedback features. Today's like economy, fueled by the Gen Z and Millennial-dominated workforce that came of age in the era of social media, has resulted in a generation of employees with new expectations for how they should be recognized in the workplace. Hibob's new tools address the needs of newer generations of employees, helping companies as they evolve with the progressive world of work.

The future of work has changed the way people view the 'job experience'; many employees are giving more weight to culture, a good boss, and perks than they are to salary. With the concept of a work/life balance becoming more fluid and as the line between someone's personal life and work-life begins to blur, companies must look at their employees as individuals with different personalities and hobbies rather than one of the larger group. Hibob's Employee Lifecycle Feedback feature gives managers the ability to track employees' milestones and progress by capturing important feedback at every stage of their employment lifecycle when it matters most. Employees' personal milestones are built into their unique timelines – whether employees had their first child, got married, or went through other major life events – to give a full picture of who that employee is as a person.

The fading line between personal and professional lives also brings about the expectation of recognition and feedback. Members of the Millennial and Gen Z generations are accustomed to constant feedback and praise, starting from childhood and continuing with likes and constant engagement on social platforms. To provide companies with a tool to support the needs of these modern workers in this like economy, Hibob also introduced the Kudos feature so managers and team members can give colleagues public praise for their work. Peer to peer recognition is a highly regarded engagement tool, and reinforcing positive behaviors through kudos supports and nurtures learning and growth, which also helps with employee retention. Additionally, each time an employee receives kudos, it will be added to their overall timeline so managers can see it during reviews.

"Today's Millennial and Gen Z workers have different expectations for their workplace experiences than earlier generations, and at Hibob, we are creating the tools companies need to establish strong cultures and maintain employee happiness," said Ronni Zehavi, CEO of Hibob. "We are proud to support organizations as they grow and evolve with the future or work, and look forward to introducing more new engaging features in the months to come."

With its innovative features and design, Hibob boasts hundreds of fast-growing customers such as Monday.com, Fiverr and Happy Socks, and also has strategic platform integrations with Slack, Workable, GreenHouse, Aviva, Canada Life, and UNAM. With 460% growth and a rapidly expanding client roster, the 150-person company was spotlighted in the startup section of the Deloitte Catalyst "Future of Work" report, was awarded a leading spot in Calcalist's list of "Israel's 50 Most Promising Startups" as well as one of HRWins' top three "Startups To Watch." Prior, Hibob was selected as one of "Tomorrow's Promising Growth Companies" by Qumra Capital, a leader in the technology investment space.
