Philippines: TESDA grads now have access to new 911 TESDA employment app

For the graduates of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in the Philippines, a new platform has just launched to help them find relevant work entitled 911 TESDA.

The “911 TESDA,” which will initially be available web-based, was created not just to help TESDA graduates, but also to make it more convenient for the public, especially those who need services, to find workers.

Eight digital online services providers (DOSPs) have recently signed a partnership with TESDA for the app.

TESDA graduates from 2017 may apply to be accredited by the DOSPs. The two will have an agreement on how things would work.

DOSPs would screen the workers they would send to those who would be needing services.
