One of Malaysia's real estate marketing giants, iProperty.com.my, focused on customer agents, developers and media departments, helps with the planning and implementation, segmentation and channel management to drive sales operation funding for marketing operations.
In a statement to A+M, GM David Mawer said the company has chosen to realign its customer marketing team and the responsibilities of the role. As such, the hired individual will be responsible for setting the plans and strategies for the brand, as well as activities to engage with consumers nationally.
“One of the biggest contributions this person will bring to the table is to further align iProperty.com.my’s business initiatives and products with our customers’ sales and marketing objectives, and creating more business opportunities and partnership,” Mawer said.
The individual will be expected to build the iProperty brand in the marketplace and support sales plans by developing and managing the annual marketing operations budgets and plans. The role also involves working with the leadership team to map the market, opportunity and create a customer strategy with sales, marketing and product alignment. The individual must also work with the sales team to undertake and implement segmentation analysis across all products.
The individual is also expected to value add to the marketing team by further strengthening iProperty.com.my’s position as the leading property site. “He or she is also expected to deliver targeted and timely insights driven initiatives that add value to our customers businesses, drawing on the vast property data and trends that come from our website,” Mawer added.
