ENGAGE Talent, an AI software company that offers the Total Talent Intelligence™ solution to help companies improve talent acquisition, engagement and retention and predict company and market performance, and PredictiveHR, the SaaS company that enables people analytics by utilizing machine learning to predict talent trends and their financial impacts, have partnered to provide enterprises with the industry’s most complete talent intelligence and analytics platform.

This is the first solution that brings together an organization’s internal talent data, AI-driven metrics on its talent data and people, external data on industry and competitors, and analytics and reporting on that data on one platform.

“Enterprises’ people strategies are at the heart of their success,” said Joe Hanna, CEO of ENGAGE Talent. “Now enterprises can recruit, engage and retain employees, align internal data, and actually manage people-based decisions from one unified platform. It’s the most holistic and trusted view of an enterprise’s people, industry and market.”

The offering combines PredictiveHR’s data integration and optimization to bring data from an enterprise’s application tracking systems, human capital management solutions, and other systems into the ENGAGE platform. From there, enterprises can employ AI technology to predict company and market performance, identify employees who are most likely to leave, and stay ahead of the competition with optimal talent acquisition, retention and strategic people initiatives.

“The ENGAGE Talent-PredictiveHR strategic alliance has created a solution that provides invaluable intelligence to fuel the success of an enterprise’s most prized asset: their people. We’re pleased to partner with ENGAGE to deliver this solution to the market so that companies can improve the quality and impact of their people strategies,” said PredictiveHR CEO Jamie Troiano.

Hanna explained that this solution could not have come at a better time, considering the high demand for qualified candidates in a tight labor market and the fact that a number of employees in key roles, such as software engineers, CMOs and nurses, are likely interested in changing jobs, according to ENGAGE intelligence. ENGAGE’s AI predictions suggest that more than 5% of U.S. software engineers and 10% of CMOs are likely to be interested in changing jobs right now. In addition, among nurses who are likely interested in changing jobs, more than 38% are likely concerned about their current employers’ business stability.

That means that businesses need to be more strategic in keeping their best people and attracting new talent. Enterprises that employ the unified ENGAGE Talent-PredictiveHR intelligence and analytics platform can do that by refreshing their existing talent data with powerful candidate profile data. As a result, those businesses can save time and money on talent acquisition, build strategic programs to increase retention, and measure key initiatives against market data such as diversity and inclusion.
