Inc. magazine has revealed that Fusion Recruiting Labs, Inc. (FusionRL) is Number 223 on its annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses. Microsoft, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, Pandora, Timberland, LinkedIn, Yelp, Zillow, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.

“We are honored to be included on the Inc. 5000 list as one of the fastest-growing companies in America,'' said Alex McKeown, CEO and Co-Founder. “The dedication of our employees and the commitment from our customers make this recognition meaningful and most rewarding.”

With the announcement, FusionRL, Founder of SaaS-based recruitment platform Talenize and distribution platforms FindaTruckerJob.com and FindaNursingJob.com joins the ranks of the fastest-growing companies in America. FusionRL’s placement as Number 223 puts them in the top five percent of Inc.’s ranking of the nation’s most successful private companies. With an astounding three-year growth rate of 1,851.6 percent, it exceeds the majority of the companies on the list. As a reference point, the average 2019 Inc. 5000 company achieved a three-year average growth of 454 percent, and a median rate of 157 percent.

“The companies on this year’s Inc. 5000 have followed so many different paths to success,” said Inc. editor in chief James Ledbetter. “There’s no single course you can follow, or investment you can take that will guarantee this kind of spectacular growth. But what they have in common is persistence and seizing opportunities.”

FusionRL has been able to achieve explosive revenue growth through their work with prestigious clients such as JB Hunt, DHL, BAYADA Home Health Care, CareOne, and Empire Today. By focusing on humanizing the recruitment process, FusionRL has helped clients find new hires by offering a fully managed talent sourcing and engagement platform.

“This accomplishment comes to FusionRL just after being in business for four years,” shared McKeown. “Considering a majority of the 2018 Inc. 5000 companies were at least seven years old when they made the list, we are so proud to have accomplished this goal at such an early stage in our company. Congratulations to all the other companies that placed on the Inc. 5000!”
