Swiss Monkey, the dental industry's coolest matchmaking service, is rolling out Humanly’s AI-based conversational recruiting platform to help scale its ability to positively impact more dental professionals and practices than ever before.

Through Humanly, job seekers will be welcomed to the Swiss Monkey platform by having a two-way conversation that is accessible 24/7, mobile-friendly, and provides a frictionless and fun way to engage. The scalability of Humanly’s technology was a key factor when the partnership was identified. Swiss Monkey currently serves over 8,000 dental professionals and places candidates at over 1,200 dental offices across California. Growth continues to be a major initiative for the organization and having a partnership like this will allow the organization to significantly extend their reach quickly.
