Unit4 brings on Thomas Otter as Senior Independent Advisor

Unit4, a cloud leader in people-based ERP, has recently announced the appointment of Thomas Otter as senior independent advisor as it extends its world class HCM offering.

Thomas has spent decades building his experience and network in the area of HR technology, and formed Otter Advisory late last year. He will support Unit4 to make the decisions that lay strong foundations for future success. As a former Gartner analyst and SAP SuccessFactors executive, Thomas has advised many organizations to make better HR technology decisions, enabling them to drive both employee and corporate motivation and success.
