Willo, video tech recruiting startup, has taken the first steps to creating its Board of Directors with a trio of seasoned leadership.

Former Chief Digital Officer of Visa Europe, Dr. Steve Perry, has been appointed Chairman, while Managing Director at Search Consultancy, Peter Preston, and CEO of PSD Group Stefan Ciecierski, are non-executive directors.

Willo, previously known as weeve, makes the announcement ahead of the launch of its video screening recruitment platform later this year.

CEO of Willo, Euan Cameron, said:

"The appointment of the board enhances and complements the business and speaks volumes about its potential. In addition to acting as mentors to Willo’s management team, the directors will provide support in securing investment and delivering on our growth objectives, so that Willo becomes an instrumental platform for the recruitment industry."
