With a growth of 150% per year in 2017 and 2018, Qapa.fr, the 100% digital agency, continues its physical development in France and installs a new sales office in Bordeaux.

As of its October launch in Bordeaux, France, Qapa will have recruited over 1000 temp workers in several sectors: logistics (forklift operators, order pickers, drivers), sales (telesales, business), business media (ADV assistants, accountants, payroll managers), health (home helpers, caregivers) and industry (CN operators, maintenance technicians).

And, in order to ensure the operation of this Bordelaise sales office, Qapa will start with recruiting 20 salespeople on permanent contracts with a target of 50 in the first year, and open positions as sales assistants, recruitment officers, and community managers.

"To continue our growth in France, we need to quickly strengthen our sales and support team. It was vital to do it outside Paris as we had already done for our technical team based in Grenoble," explained Stephanie Delestre, Qapa Founder and President. "We chose Bordeaux for our new location. The attractiveness of the city, its proximity to 2H TGV, the size of the student community and the dynamism of FrenchTech seduced us. Finally, the fact that QAPA already has many customers in the region, has finally convinced us."

A winning strategy

Since its creation in 2011 and the development of its automatic matching algorithm between candidates and recruiters, Qapa is today the 100% digital interim platform leader in France, simple, fast and innovative.

Qapa prides itself as a turnkey service for the selection of the best job offers for candidates and the best CVs for companies thanks to the matching and machine-learning algorithms. It supports the automatic publishing of employment contracts and the legal declarations for hiring, payroll, and invoicing, as well as all stages of recruitment.

Supported by a €11m fundraiser from Index VenturesPartech Ventures, and 360 Capital Partner funds, Qapa has facilitated in employing more than 2,000 temporary workers with a target of 10,000 by 2020. Thanks to Qapa, 70% of offers received 3 applications in less than 3 hours and 20% of temporary workers are recruited on permanent contracts after 3 months of assignment.

In 2018, Qapa won the BPI Grand Digital Challenge in the Big Data category and is a leading player in social integration and Tech for Good serving candidates and recruiters.

Qapa was created by two experienced entrepreneurs: Stéphanie Delestre and Olivier Zier who, in their career, have worked in large groups and recognized start-ups. Qapa also counts among the members of its CODIR: Laurent Delaporte, former VP Advertising Europe at Microsoft; Jean-Marc Potdevin VP Engineering of Kelkoo and Criteo; Daniela Petrovic who worked on Casino Group strategy; Nicolas Cousserant, Sales Director at Proservia; Julien Ros CTO at Criteo; and Maxime Ianeselli Product Manager at Criteo.
