YouGrow, giving curious talent and IT-hungry companies a new lease on life

Digitization is changing our daily work; traditional jobs are falling away, new ones are being created. 

Particularly in the field of IT occupations, specialists are in high demand and highly lacking. There are, however, motivated and inquisitive personalities who would like to develop their talents in the IT field. Without a professional or academic education, though, lateral entry is very difficult. 

This is where YouGrow comes into play.

The training is divided into three phases: a 4-week preparation on the basis of training material, an 8-week intensive IT boot camp in Frankfurt, and the final practical phase in the project assignment of up to 18 months in one of the partner companies. 

Training content at IT Bootcamp includes development of training applications using Spring, Springboot, Angular and MySQL, versioning with Git and GitHub, object-oriented programming (OOP), programming with Java (frontend & backend) and Eclipse, the introduction to Relational Database models, the introduction to web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Angular as well as agile project management including preparation for Scrum certification.
