Jobandtalent announces purchase of a pair of Colombian temp staffers

Jobantalent, the Madrid-based online temporary staffing marketplace, has recently announced the acquisition of a pair of other temp staffing firms, both based in Colombia - Su Temporal and Servi-Oportunos.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed by Jobantalent.

Su Temporal is based in Bogota and provides temporary staffing and outsourcing services.

Servi-Oportunos is also based in Bogota and specializes in the administration of HR and in outsourcing of selection and supply of personnel. Additionally the company manages payrolls.
