Listing Loop is the first platform in Australia where agents can offer their vendors a no sale, no charge option to advertise their properties for sale

One of the newest and most game-changing real estate marketplaces, Listing Loop – a platform that’s generating buzz for its agent-first approach – is proud to announce that it’s rolling out nationally after a successful soft-launch in Melbourne.

Listing Loop is a first-of-its-kind marketplace for pre-market and off-market property listings from all real estate agencies, and one of the first real estate platform in Australia where agents can offer their vendors a no sale, no charge option to advertise their properties for sale.

There are no private listings on Listing Loop. A vendor must partner with their real estate agent to list their property for sale with no upfront advertising fees, while having their property directly matched to suitable buyers. With properties secured behind a login, there’s no digital footprint in the search engines, helping to keep price history discrete.

“We’ve designed Listing Loop to support the work of agents by helping them to win more listings and sell properties faster, while providing access to vast network of hot qualified buyers. Our revolutionary model helps agents make more money, which differentiates us from other platforms that are set up to keep taking it."

— Listing Loop CEO, Rhett Dallwitz

Since Listing Loop’s official soft-launch in Melbourne in May, more than 650 agents have signed up, uploading half a billion dollars-worth of properties. Thousands of leads have been generated for agents resulting in property sales.

The company now has its sights set on national expansion and training agents on how to best use and maximize the platform.

For an agent to use Listing Loop, there are no lock in contracts, no subscription fees and no upfront costs for agents to advertise properties.

Listing Loop charges a success-based advertising fee of 0.22 percent including GST on the sale price, which is only applicable if a property sells through the platform.

It is the first to offer agents an additional recurring revenue stream through their buyers. To reward agents for the buyers they invite to the platform, they are offered 50 percent of the 0.22 percent advertising fee when one of their buyers purchases a property through Listing Loop from any agency, anywhere in Australia.

Registered agents receive their own personalized free white label dashboard, which includes buyer intelligence data to identify which buyers are actively in the market, recognizing that buyers are often sellers too.

How Listing Loop works:

Agents

  • No sale, no charge and no risk advertising platform.
  • Does not compete with commissions.
  • Strong agent and agency branding.

Buyers

  • A free intelligence tool for an agent’s buyer database helping to identify who is actively looking to buy with consideration that buyers are often sellers.
  • The opportunity to make an additional recurring revenue stream through the buyers an agent invites to Listing Loop, who are then linked to them forever.
