ISO Recruiting Consultants take the FOCUS "growth champion" title three years running

FOCUS Business has once again confirmed strong growth figures for the ISO Recruiting Consultants firm (IRC). As part of a study, the news magazine noted that recruitment specialists are among the growth champions for the third year running. 

When it comes to the Human Resources category, the ISO Recruiting Consultants are among the top 10 once more. The acclaimed list contains HR specialists who achieved a particularly high percentage growth in sales between 2015 and 2018, and nominees must be independent (no subsidiaries or branches) with headquarters in Germany. Additionally, recorded sales must be a minimum of €100,000 for 2015 and €1.8 million in 2018, with an average growth rate not allowed to dip below 16.7%. 

The ISO Recruiting Consultants have been going strong since 2013, finding plenty of success as agents for IT specialists.

The IRC's continued success is based on a sophisticated matching process, starting with the recruiter dealing extensively with the client companies and their projects. In a multi-stage selection process, the IRC compiles comprehensive assessments of the professional and personal qualifications of the candidates. Only when a high matching score is achieved between the advertised position and the applicant does the IRC bring both sides together. This is possible to achieve at its necessary depth because IRC staff have a wide range of technical and industry knowledge in IT, which they continuously expand.
