Hyphen, an industry leader in helping Human Resource executives and Management receive and analyze critical feedback data from their employees have announced major platform upgrades that will enable organizations to convert employee engagement surveys and unstructured feedback into prioritized actions that drive engagement.

With more than 40% of turnover stemming from people who are hired within 12 months, organizations are tasked with keeping workers content, engaged, and satisfied with their roles, environment, and culture. These updates help shrink the space between leaders and employees by surfacing critical issues and enabling leaders to solve for these issues quickly and effectively.

With these new capabilities, leaders can:

  • Identify hotspots within the organization
  • Quickly and efficiently navigate complex data and arrive at key insights
  • Identify blind-spots and zero in on more opportunities to engage
  • Track prescriptive actions plans which can be executed and tracked across the organization

Hyphen’s upgrades include an academically backed employee engagement framework and survey templates that are benchmarked against various verticals and company sizes so that organizations can see how they’re performing compared to peer companies. Hyphen worked with Professor Gavin Kilduff from the NYU Stern School of Business, a leading authority on management and organizational theory to create these templates. Professor Kilduff provided Hyphen with the most current and comprehensive research to ensure their templates were timely and relevant to today’s organizational structures and cultures.

“The Hyphen survey templates follow some of the most relevant academic research in the field of employee engagement and they will provide organizations a good measure of the drivers of employee engagement within their organization,” said Prof. Kilduff.

In addition to employee framework and templates, Hyphen has released a brand new look to their already industry-leading analytics that are informed by more than 3.4 million data points. Also included in this release is the capability for leaders and managers to, with the ease of a click, create prescriptive action plans, suggested by Hyphen’s platform.

“With the war for talent at its peak, our customers have realized the tremendous ROI that comes out of engaging employees and reducing the odds of them looking for work elsewhere. This major release has been built with the end goal of helping leaders receive and understand critical insights from their employees quickly and in real-time, enabling them to put in place prescriptive action plans to move the organization forward.”

With these capabilities, Hyphen is creating a world where leaders can have honest conversations with their teams and organizations, identify opportunities and prioritize actions that build trust, drive engagement, and reduce employee turnover.
