HR tech firm meQuilibrium hires Tom Higgins as Chief Revenue Officer

meQuilibrium, the human capital solution grounded in the science of resilience, announced that Tom Higgins has joined the senior management team in the newly-created position of chief revenue officer (CRO). Based in Boston, Higgins will lead meQuilibrium’s revenue growth opportunities including, partner management, new revenue channels, customer expansion, and pricing strategy.

Higgins has over 20 years of experience generating revenues for young and growing technology companies in the HR space. Prior to joining meQuilibrium, Higgins served as VP Operations and Sales at WorkHuman (formerly Globoforce), the global leader in cloud-based (SaaS) social recognition and performance analytics solutions. Higgins, a long-time Needham, MA resident, has also held sales leadership positions at companies such as Skillsoft, Attivio, and SystemSoft.
