Fuel50, the creator of the world's career experience platform, unveiled its new Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled SaaS offering, FuelARCHITECTURE™, during its FuelX Career Experience Conference in New York City. Attendees of the show, including representatives from more than 100 of the world’s best-known businesses leading the way in career transformation such as PepsiCo, MetLife, Indeed, Moog and Fidelity, had the opportunity to see the first-of-its-kind solution in action.

The newly released FuelARCHITECTURE allows clients to be responsive to business change, ensuring their career architecture is up to date, adding value to both employees and driving the organizational strategy.

“Organizations today face unprecedented challenges; the marketplace changes daily, new competitors arise overnight and - at the same time - businesses are dealing with a growing shortage of workers,” said Anne Fulton, Co-Founder, and CEO of Fuel50. “Using our highly regarded and validated skills taxonomy and our AI-enabled FuelARCHITECTURE, we are now enabling our clients to fast-track the review of their career frameworks to adapt quickly to this increased rate of organizational change. Fuel50’s team of Talent Architects and engineering team of AI and machine learning experts have combined their skills uniquely to create a beautiful, simple interface that enables an organization to create a strong backbone for future business growth and to remain agile, up-to-date and future-proof the skills required for the transformed future of work that we are anticipating. FuelARCHITECTURE will become our clients’ secret weapon to ensure their career architecture is as agile as their organization.”

Josh Bersin, global independent analyst, and dean of the Josh Bersin Academy said 58% of companies are redesigning or planning to redesign their career models. Furthermore, Deloitte’s 2017 Global Human Capital Trends report revealed that 83% of companies expect to have an “open” or “highly flexible” career model within the next 3-5 years.

“To help our clients respond in an agile way to change, we have created our FuelARCHITECTURE feature,” stated Marija Potter, Global Talent Architect Leader at Fuel50. “This gives our clients the ability to adapt role profiles and the associated skill requirements with ease while benchmarking against the most up-to-date, thoroughly validated skills library in the world.”

Fuel50 has built an unmatched team of Talent Architects to support this process with more than 10 Organizational Psychologists globally, some of whom hold Ph.D.’s in AI and Machine Learning. The team uses their expertise to work with clients to improve the state of their career architectures. For example, Fuel50 worked with one of the world’s largest Pharma companies to streamline its role profiles by 90%.

“Within three months of launching Fuel50 to their employees, one client saw more than 250,000 skill-development actions taken, showing it is truly possible today to accelerate skills development at scale in organizations, when you enable visibility to both career opportunities in the future and curated learning assets. FuelARCHITECTURE enables organizations to fast-track the review of their career frameworks to adapt quickly to the ever-increasing rate of organizational change. Combined with the AI-driven career path transparency delivered today by Fuel50 we match an individual to future jobs, projects, learning opportunities and mentors, in a way that helps an organization enhance its skills-readiness for the future. Mastering the art of changing quickly is now a critical competitive advantage.”
