The new partnerships will open doors for the social media giant to more efficiently and effectively connect users and businesses through its work platform, Jobs on Facebook.

With the holiday season on the horizon, many small businesses are starting to think about their hiring needs to meet increased customer demands. To help small businesses hire more easily with Jobs on Facebook, the company is expanding its enterprise HR partner base and is now announcing two new ATS integrations with SmartRecruiters and ApplicantPro.

Applicant Tracking Systems

ApplicantPro provides innovative hiring software that helps over 6,000 small and medium-sized companies to attract, screen, select, and retain top talent without breaking a sweat or the bank. SmartRecruiters offers a modern recruiting suite that allows teams to hire the best talent on budget and on time. Currently, 4,000 small and large companies worldwide — including Square and Visa — use SmartRecruiters to deliver hiring success.

Businesses can now easily create job posts and manage applications and also access the expansive talent pool on Facebook. These companies, called applicant tracking systems (ATSs), work with both large and small employers to manage their hiring processes. Partnerships with these companies will allow more businesses, particularly small businesses, to utilize jobs on Facebook for their hiring needs. In turn, this will also provide people with more job opportunities on Facebook.

Partnerships

Working with these partners helps businesses distribute their jobs, hire qualified candidates, and also provide people with more job opportunities. Additionally, Facebook is working with partners such as Workable and JazzHR since 2018, and in April of 2019, announced its integration with SAP SuccessFactors and have seen success with their current partners.

The company wants to make finding a job and hiring the right people easier and believes that these partnerships will provide access to more opportunities for people and businesses on Facebook. It will continue to identify strategic companies to work with that will help both people find jobs and businesses hire on Facebook.

Speaking more on this, Jackie Chang, Director of Product Platform Partnerships at Facebook, explains:

“We launched Jobs on Facebook in 2017 to make finding a job and hiring the right people easier. And earlier this year, we announced our partnerships with enterprise HR companies that allow more businesses to utilize Jobs on Facebook for their hiring needs, and provide people with access to more jobs on Facebook. We’re excited to announce additional partnerships with ApplicantPro and SmartRecruiters that will help businesses of all sizes (including small businesses) hire more seamlessly on Facebook.”
