Part of the company’s continued push towards self-service and paperless fleet management, Jaama's MyDriver Portal enables drivers to manage their own personal information online, including contact details and driver licence information.
Additionally, MyDriver Portal provides a facility for drivers to update vehicle odometer readings and information relating to their own vehicles – MOT, vehicle servicing, VED and insurance – with all changes updated on the associated driver record in Key2.
In addition, eDeclaration consent made by employees for checks on their driving licences to be made with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency via MyDriver Portal reduces clerical errors or conflicts due to multiple data entry points.
The MyDriver Portal can also be configured to meet individual clients’ own corporate branding requirements.
