Harri and Checkr partner towards stronger background screening prowess

Harri, an end-to-end workforce management technology platform, expands capabilities to make hiring faster, easier, and safer for the hospitality industry.

Harri, the leading workplace management solution for the hospitality industry, today announced a partnership with Checkr, the leading provider of background check technology, whose mission is to leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to make hiring more inclusive, efficient, faster, and safer for employers.

This partnership will enable hiring professionals and managers to more efficiently initiate the background check process from Harri’s hiring platform via a direct integration with Checkr. This best-in-class approach, to connect background check intelligence with the ATS, onboarding, and HR systems in the Harri platform, will enhance the customer experience and drive positive hiring outcomes for shared clients.

Specifically, a Checkr background check roughly takes two business days, resulting in a 35% reduction of turnaround time. Checkr also provides candidates with a seamless onboarding experience that results in a larger talent pool for hiring managers.
