Called the NIADA Business Incorporations, the new program is apart of a partnership with Deluxe Corporation which will take care of members filing, paperwork, and other needs.
For plenty of dealerships, incorporating is one of many needs that must eventually be done according to the NIADA. Businesses will often need a laundry list of items including an employer ID number and trademark registrations.
The NIADA believes that when auto dealerships incorporate their companies it will help to guard assets by properly separating from possible liabilities.
The association also believes that becoming certain incorporate types, like a corporation or an LLC, can put dealers into a better tax situation.
They also believe that dealerships who incorporate will be more trusted by consumers and have more credibility within the business world.
“We are very excited about launching the new NIADA Incorporation program, powered by MyCorporation,” Deluxe Business Development Manager Andrew Isenberg said recently.
Isenberg continued, “Our history at Deluxe of working with NIADA has been fantastic, and this allows us to introduce an extremely important new service for NIADA members to gain the advantages of being an incorporated dealership in any state.”
“We are thrilled to announce the launch of this program in partnership with Deluxe Corp., the leader in small business banking and promotional supplies,” said NIADA Senior Vice President of Member Services Scott Lilja.
Lilja added, “Our members now have a seamless, easy-to-implement and cost-effective business incorporation resource to help them avoid personal asset risk, lower tax exposure and increase their business standing with consumers.”
The NIADA also stated that by using this new membership service, members can save around $20 when filing for incorporation.
