New York: MACNY debuts its flagship career and talent platform for manufacturers

The DeWitt–based Manufacturers Association (MACNY) has recently announced that its member companies will be receiving access to a new career platform designed to source candidates and help talent find work.

MACNY’s career and talent platform is an online hub for job postings and candidate résumés.

The service is free to candidates, allowing them to share their résumé with participating companies statewide, MACNY said.

“We have seen an increasing number of requests for both résumé and job postings,” Randy Wolken, President and CEO of MACNY, said in a statement. “The time was right to launch this new system and provide a more sophisticated, effective method of talent selection for companies, candidates, and the community.”
