If you are a college student wanting a great job after graduation but need work experience and work-ready skills like problem solving and critical thinking but don’t know how to get it with a rigorous academic and sometimes hectic sport schedule, there is a new company launched that will help resolve this problem. fieldXperience, a new organization where education meets experience in the real-world and technology supercharges learning, has officially launched in North America, announced by co-founders Sharyn Outtrim and Dr. Joey-Lynn Bialkowski.

fieldXperience is a unique two-part program where education meets experience on their proprietary platform combining micro-learning with opportunities for experience at some of the biggest events in the country. It’s the only company to combine a high-tech work-ready skills training in easy to understand modules with specific skills that professionals in any career needs. So why live events? Because live events simulate work and real life but intensified tenfold. They are short and achievable for students with busy schedules. Organizations need access to increase their team quickly for a short period of time. Whether it is at a ballgame, a tradeshow booth, a party or experiential promotion, fieldXperience puts those skills into practice by providing the staffing anywhere in the country when event organizers and experiential marketers need trained temporary workers. fieldXperience will provide today’s all-star workforce and tomorrow’s superheroes.

The brainchild of two women entrepreneurs, veteran sports executive Sharyn Outtrim and educator Dr. Joey-Lynn Bialkowski, fieldXperience combines work experience at real-life events like the Super Bowl, Formula One, the NCAA® Championships, NBC The Voice or other high-visibility events with an innovative learning technology platform that delivers progressive lessons in micro-modules on any device, anytime, anywhere… to create a really super-powered workforce.

The heart of fieldXperience is its two major components: the custom-designed skills lessons, developed by a team of learning scientists led by Dr. Bialkowski were created give students a way to learn the skills they’ll need, at their own pace, on their own devices and still get the feedback they need in a fun, gamified format that encourages learning and retention. The second, equally important component, spear-headed by Sharyn Outtrim, is the chance to get out of the classroom and into exciting, real-life situations where students can polish their interpersonal skills, interacting with customers in high-visibility situations.

Tim Prukop, CRO, Circuit of America’s said:

“In an effort to dramatically improve the experience for our most valued VIP’s we turned to FieldX, whose business model really intrigued us. The Fieldx students who participated in the Formula 1 Emirates United States Grand Prix provided a white glove experience that resulted in tremendous positive feedback from our guests. We look forward to working with fieldXperience on all our upcoming events.”
