The app will roll out to all team members before the end of the year and will be dubbed “Inside 8”. Inside 8 is in reference to the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s HR platform which is branded TheBest8Hours.com and boasts that joining the Seneca team is the best 8 hours!

We were looking for a new platform to increase employee engagement and strengthen our communication and Workvivo was the best fit for our needs. This new app will allow us to interact and connect with each other in a fun and familiar way.”
Currently there are many different ways to distribute information to team members including the company newsletter and company-wide emails. With the launch of this app through Workvivo team members will be able to check updates on their phones and stay engaged with their teams in real time.
Workvivo was founded in early 2017 in Cork, Ireland by John Goulding and Joe Lennon. John and Joe had worked together previously at CoreHR, a leading global HCM software provider, as CEO and CTO respectively.
