Hosted by Autocar in partnership with Ennis & Co, the CitNOW-sponsored initiative aims to highlight the exciting opportunities open to emerging talent looking to start a career in the automotive industry.
Entrants are invited to suggest ways to improve the industry through innovation in three key areas: technology, digital and retail.
As the originators of personalised video, the initiative aligns with CitNOW’s own commitment to support the digital evolution of the automotive industry.
In just 10 years, the personalised video platform has become a central element of the customer journey and retail experience, and is now even used as part of apprenticeship programmes across the UK.
The Drivers of Change initiative is open to any applicants over the age of 18 – whether they are working within the automotive industry or not – regardless of experience.
The winners will receive £5,000 and the opportunity to attend the Society for Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) dinner.
CitNOW Head of Academy, Amir Rizvi, said: "CitNOW was founded to change the automotive industry for the better. In such an exciting period, the industry needs to keep evolving by championing new talent and ideas, and that’s why we’re supporting Drivers of Change."
