ManpowerGroup, a multinational specialized in HR and talent solutions, and the ONCE Foundation, have reached a new agreement to promote labor inclusion of people with disabilities.

This agreement is part of the Youth Employment (POEJ) and Social Inclusion and Social Economy (POISES) operational programs, which is being developed by the ONCE Foundation through Insert Employment with the co-financing of the European Social Fund, and which is intended to increase training and the employment of people with disabilities.

Under this agreement, ManpowerGroup will promote the direct labor inclusion of people with disabilities, and promote their training and qualification, especially in the field of skills and technological professions.

In addition, it will focus on supporting diverse talent with joint dissemination and social awareness actions, as well as the incorporation of activities and meetings related to the key trends of the future of employment and the development of talent in organizations.

For Alberto Durán, Executive Vice President of Fundación ONCE, thanks to this agreement, ManpowerGroup will contribute its prospective capacity to know where the employment market is going and the labor and training needs of companies:

"We know a lot about disability and ManpowerGroup knows a lot about the labor market, so it will help us identify the talent of people with disabilities to enter the labor market.

From the state level to the local world we can go together to attract people and companies, something we both know how to do."

For his part, Raúl Grijalba, Executive President of ManpowerGroup Spain, highlighted the company's commitment to diversity, people and talent, pointing out:

“Companies have a responsibility to contribute positively to the creation of diverse work environments and inclusive. Our purpose at ManpowerGroup is to help people get decent and meaningful employment, and to accompany companies in attracting, developing and engaging talent. We consider it a key element in our leadership generating value for society.”
