Automotive Jobs Inc. announces the official re-launch of its new and improved website AutomotiveJobs.com. Part job board, part educational resource, part networking platform Automotive Jobs is the place to find people from every level of the automotive industry and to learn more about what is new in the industry, build connections, find a job that matches their personality and advance their careers.

Started in 1997 by Christopher Kramer and his family, Automotive Jobs Inc. has been a leader in connecting qualified candidates to quality positions in the automotive industry all over the country for over 20 years. After decades of success Kramer decided it was time to expand the company in an effort to help more people find jobs and help employers find the right people for their jobs. This is what he had to say about the website re-launch:

“There are many automotive organizations and dealers that offer generous benefits, offer high salaries and are family oriented. The automotive industry continues to evolve and we want to continue to improve our services and evolve with it. There are only so many hours in the day, time is precious. AutomotiveJobs.com will continue to make efforts to be the best and easiest website to find a job. From dealership managers to engineers to manufacturers and aftermarket sales reps down to the high school gear heads who do not know their next steps, AutomotiveJobs.com is the place to get everything. Our mission is to help more people to find high paying jobs in the automotive industry.”

Over the years many of the major players in the employment realm have approached Chris and his family in an effort to buy their company and its assets. Each time Kramer has turned them down:

“I am not ready to retire. It is extremely rewarding helping people improve their lives by finding a job that fits their personality or improves their life. Many young people have no idea what they want to do when they finish high school or college. Some may find they do not desire to go to college, or afford the tuition. They may want to attend a trade school. They may want to take a behavioral survey to determine what job utilizes their strengths and matches their personality. There is a tremendous need for people in the automotive industry and that need will continue to grow.”
