Village Realty, and Retreatia / Great Western Lodging, have selected TRACK as their all-in-one enterprise software solution.

TravelNet Solutions, a provider of integrated software and marketing solutions servicing the hospitality industry, recently announced that Village Realty and Retreatia / Great Western Lodging have selected TRACK as their go-to enterprise software solution. With this integration, TRACK will manage their combined 1,500+ vacation rental properties in North Carolina and Colorado.

Village Realty, having been established since 1993, has been providing premium vacation rental management services in North Carolina’s Outer Banks. Village Realty has led the market in value and service to owners and guests, and has grown to over 1,200 properties, while maintaining consistently superior levels of service and personal attention to their loyal customer base.

“Having built our business on customer satisfaction, consistency, and reliability, we have steadily grown our business over the years, adding new value-added services, new experiences for our guests, and genuine partnership for our owners. As we grow, we need a technology partner that is able to grow with us, and TRACK is that partner,” said William Brennan, CEO of Village Realty Holdings. “With our ethos of local, hands-on service to customers, we felt TRACK was best suited to provide us that same level of partnership.”

Serving the mountain regions of Steamboat Springs and Breckenridge, CO, Retreatia Holdings, parent of Great Western Lodging, has grown into an enterprising organization focused on providing unparalleled guest and property management services. Under the Retreatia Holdings umbrella, there are currently two companies; Retreatia, founded in 2005, serving the Steamboat Springs market, and Great Western Lodging, founded in 1997, in Breckenridge.

Josh Marquis, President of Retreatia Holdings said:

“Our differentiators in the mountain region of Colorado are the experienced team we’ve built and our focus on providing a first-class guest and owner experience. As we grow to over 350 units we wanted to pair the right technology partner with our people to continue to take that customer experience to new levels. With TRACK’s continual innovation and advancement of their all-in-one solution, we felt it was the perfect match for our strategic direction."

Ryan Bailey, CEO of TravelNet Solutions said:

“Both Village Realty and Retreatia differentiate themselves by evolving the services and support they offer to guests and owners. Enterprise-sized organizations like these who focus on the customer experience are exactly the partners we feel TRACK is best suited for. We’re very excited to bring our innovation and support to Village Realty and Retreatia as they take their organizations to the next level."
