BBT deals in over 150 high-end luxury cars and supercars spanning 24 brands, and has a consumer base of almost 7,000 (on their digital platform) and expanding. Big Boy Toyz says that it reaches out to its potential customers across India by posting details of their cars inventory on their digital platforms. Last year, the company reported sales revenue of $37 million; this financial year, BBT plans to expand its annual target to $60 million and sell over 500 cars.
As part of its digital process, BBT says that it has provided consumers the comfort of purchasing their pre-owned luxury car online, with no physical presence required. A consumer can visit the website, book the car, make an e-payment and the vehicle will be delivered to their doorstep within days.
Commenting on the announcement, Jatin Ahuja, Founder, Big Boy Toyz said, “Cruising through our website and our social media pages, consumers are provided with an in-depth insight into the cars we host in our inventories. Looking at the evolving auto industry and the digital landscape we felt it was necessary we strengthen our online presence in order to tap into an untapped market."
