Madrid: South Summit seeks the 100 most disruptive startups in the world

South Summit has opened the registration period for its Startup Competition, in order to expose entrepreneurial talent and find the most disruptive startups in the ecosystem, whatever their industry, origin or stage of development.

The call for entries ends on May 31, where the projects will be received and become one of the 100 finalists of the competition.

The 100 selected will participate in the next edition of South Summit Madrid 2020, it will be held in La Nave from October 6 to 8, with the participation of the 100 selected. A jury formed by investors, partners and ecosystem specialists will choose a winner by each thematic vertical and four great prizes: best team, most scalable, most innovative startup and the global winner.

The 100 winners will be announced on July 15, 2020, and will be chosen by a Selection Committee designated by Spain Startup, which will select startups based on their technical potential and their internationalization and application potential in other countries; Your team and interest for potential investors.

The last edition of South Summit Madrid brought together more than 20,000 attendees, more than 6,500 startups, more than 1,100 investors with an approximate portfolio of 120 billion dollars and more than 6,700 members of corporations in search of innovation. In addition, more than 7,000 meetings were closed during the three days of the meeting.
