HRtech Endalia overhauls its site and brand for a relaunch

Endalia has presents its new corporate image, which redefines the company and shows its projection into the future. 

It has been a process of research, analysis, content generation and design that has spanned from visual to conceptual change.

"We are evolving. And this evolution must be shown visually in our brand and also in how we define our products and services, simplifying the communication message and bringing it closer to our target,” indicates Beatriz Velilla, Marketing & Communication Manager of Endalia.

The new motto under which the company is identified is "Just HR Lovers". 

“We wanted to show that we are specialists in the Human Resources function and that we are also passionate about and love our work. The Just HR Lovers slogan conveys this perfectly,” says Beatriz.

And, of course, one of the most relevant uses of the new Endalia brand is reflected in the overhauled site that the company has launched.

The number of internet users in the world continues to grow. As indicated in the latest report by We Are Social and Hootsuite in 2020, 4.5 billion Internet users have already been reached - that is, 59% of the world population. For this reason, it is imperative for companies to have a presence on the internet and offer the best possible experience on this channel.

Thus, the new website has been thought and designed to offer an optimal experience to users who visit it, enhancing readability, usability and comfort. In addition to the renewed graphic orientation, the website shows a new way of presenting Endalia and its products and services. A clear, current and emotional approach that highlights the value proposition and benefits of each of the Human Resources solutions offered by Endalia.

Likewise, the website also presents the Endalia team and its values: innovation, commitment, customer orientation, technology, agility and flexibility, professionalism.

Another relevant section is the HR blog called “HRTech lovers”, in which specialized content is disseminated in the sector and around which you want to create a meeting community for all those interested in talent and people management and in the technology applied to this sector.
