Proptech app Dashflow for CRE names new Director of Sales & Marketing

Proptech app, Dashflow for CRE, which focuses on investment appraisals for the commercial property sector, has named Pawel Zbros as its new Director of Sales & Marketing.

Zbros has more than 15 years’ experience of working in the real estate and commercial banking sectors. As COO and Director of Sales & Business Development at prop-tech start up, Propoly, he was instrumental in its success. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing Dashflow’s growing sales and revenues.

Since its launch in 2018, Dashflow for CRE has attracted users including M&G Real Estate, BNP Paribas Real Estate, Orion Capital Managers, Hermes, Derwent London, Delancey, SevenCapital and Amazon Property.

Earlier this year, former Rockspring Property Investment Managers CEO, Robert Gilchrist, led a second tranche of angel investors to back the app in a second round of funding aiming to boost marketing.
