You may have been looking forward to your stay in a swanky hotel suite. You may have been looking forward to having a few drinks and getting to know some fellow industry professionals. You may have been itching to sample the glitz of Miami Beach. So first, the bad news is, as you may have guessed, that none of those things will be happening this year at the Global Online Marketplaces Summit. Sorry.

The good news is that this year the premier industry event will be coming to you online via Zoom, and registration is absolutely free! Much as conference events from around the world, such as REA Group’s Prop20, have been challenged by the coronavirus outbreak and have moved online, so have we.

The conference organised by OnlineMarketplaces Group in conjunction with The AIM Group and Rising Media is always good value, and this year even more so as we’re making it free to attend so that as many of you have access to the insights your business needs in these trying times. We’ve had hundreds of registrations already. Sign up here to be part of it.

This year’s conference at a glance:

  • To be held on the 17th of June

  • Approximate 3-hour running time. From 9 AM to 12:15PM Miami time

  • Speakers confirmed so far: Simon Baker, Malcolm Myers, Johnathan Turpin and Alex Vetter

Talking points on the agenda for this edition:

  • Post COVID19, how does the world/industry look?

  • How to guide or reinvent new models with the new rules based on social distancing

  • Tools/technology & transactions

  • How to position yourself

  • How to accelerate your business after COVID19
