Those house hunting in California can now benefit from the combined power of dotloop and California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.).

Dotloop is an end-to-end transaction management software provider for real estate professionals.

The company has announced that C.A.R. will be powering its Standard Forms feature which will offer over 200,000 members the option for fully digital transactions.

Marnie Blanco, dotloop VP, Industry Relations, said:

"With direct access to C.A.R.'s Standard Forms, California-based agents, transaction coordinators, teams and brokers can now ensure their transactions close in the most seamless and efficient means possible."

What this means is that California agents can opt-out of downloadable and imported forms when utilizing dotloop’s platform. The forms will be there and ready for them, saving valuable time.

Al Limón, Broker, RE/MAX Integrity, Camarillo, CA, said:

"Our agents love the highly collaborative platform that brings all parties to one space as well as the mobile app with its texting functionality. Our staff appreciates the built-in compliance features and easy, one log-in access to multiple profiles. Dotloop is truly the all-in-one transaction system that gives our brokerage a clear edge over the competition in California's tight real estate market."

Contactless processes are important now more than ever, and this is a step in that direction for both entities.
