UK property giant, Zoopla, has seen some big news as of late. The company recently announced its next ‘Zooploma’ email-based course, as well as a 2% growth in customer numbers since this time last year-- a feat considering the global market instability.

In line with this news is one of the South East’s leading agents, Charters, is returning to Zoopla. Charters left Zoopla early 2019. The agency has agreed to return to the portal after witnessing Zoopla's efforts in supporting customer service and the development of better avenues to provide its agents with the best leads.

Zoopla’s Chief Commercial Officer Andy Marshall said on the matter:

“Charters is a byword in the industry for quality and excellence so we are delighted that they’ve decided that Zoopla is the partner that can take their business to the next level.

“The esteem in which the agent community holds them in is reflected by their awards they receive and the feedback they get from their customers cements this reputation. I look forward to working with the excellent team there and helping them grow their business in the months and years to come.”

Charters operates seven branches in Hampshire and Surrey. With the customer growth Zoopla has seen in the most recent months, an agency like Charters, which boasts itself on its customer experience, is the perfect addition to Zoopla’s repertoire of agents.

Simon Comber, Marketing Director of Charters, said:

“We are delighted to be working with Zoopla again. Charters is committed to showcasing its properties to receptive audiences and Zoopla fits this bill.”
