Jumping on an entirely online process bandwagon is RentProfile, a proptech company working towards powering trust for the rental market. Recently, the company has announced its latest product, Onboarding, which will support agents by cutting out the need for physical paperwork.

How Onboarding works is that it automates the work between a prospective tenant and the matching landlord. According to RentProfile, the product facilitates:

  • Tenancy Creation in less than a minute
  • Agency Terms & Dynamic Referencing Criteria
  • Award-Winning Referencing - twice as thorough compared to traditional referencing
  • Electronic Signing of Tenancy Agreement
  • Deposit & Initial Rent Payments setup

How Onboarding Works

But Onboarding’s real charm is how much turnaround time it reduces for its users. In fact, it reduces the average two weeks of admin time, from the beginning of the process to the end, to just two days.

Paul Munday, CEO & Co-Founder of RentProfile explained:

“With remote work and social distancing, we see a shift in proptech adoption. In taking a process that can take weeks down to just minutes, without the need for physical meetings, emails, calls, we’re adding convenience at a time when the rental market is seeking solutions to help operate in a safer, more streamlined approach.”
