The newly launched Emirati property portal houza.com has today announced a partnership with leading CRM software provider Propertybase. Founded earlier this year as an agent lead alternative to what it sees as the duopoly of Bayut-Dubizzle and PropertyFinder, houza will hope to attract more agents over to its offering by expanding its offering with this type of partnership.

“We are delighted to partner with Propertybase in the UAE and to offer the houza network access to a best-in-class third-party real estate CRM software that is built to simplify every piece of the agency’s business,” stated Barry Judge, CEO of houza.

Propertybase is a CRM company founded in 2010 by German entrepreneur Max-Michael Mayer and subsequently purchased by Boston based Providence Equity in 2017. The company has had a presence in the UAE since 2009 serving some of the leading agencies in the country and will be hoping to pick up a few more clients by partnering with the nascent portal.

Speaking about the partnership, Propertybase VP Steve Simmons said: “Together we share a common vision to improve the entire real estate experience with technology.”
