Free-to-list Manchester property portal luvthecity.com, launched late last month, has released its first set of audience figures.
Director Julian Bovis told how-do.co.uk the new portal has so far attracted 1,500 unique visitors and 6,000 page views. 13 estate agents have also signed up since luvthecity.com’s launch.
Bovis confirmed that a sister website covering Leeds will soon be launched, and said luvthecity.com is “about to sign with a major search engine which should send our figures through the roof”.
When luvthecity.com launched, Bovis admitted the website’s commercial strategy was still under construction, but revealed success in enticing agents who list with UK market leader rightmove.co.uk:
“Our target for the end of year one was to have 10 percent of rightmove.co.uk’s agents on board, but we’ve managed 20 percent on day one.”
