zillow.com also references the November figures from Hitwise, which have it in second place after realtor.com but above realestate.yahoo.com for the first time in over a year.
As inman.com reports, zillow.com has now formalised its pay-per-listings plan, which was announced with the introduction of rental listings earlier this week. Current manually entered listings on zillow.com will expire on 13 January, 2010 unless they are renewed as featured listings.
