iproperty.com.my, the Malaysian arm of the iproperty.com group of portals, has teamed with classifieds portal mysimplifieds.com to allow visitors access to its listings.
Now, visitors to mysimplifieds.com will be able to access the full details of 80,000 iproperty.com.my listings and send enquiries to advertisers directly from the website.
"Our goal is to be the number one online classifieds portal in the country. Forging a partnership with the strongest players in each industry has given us a huge advantage over other classifieds portals,” said Aishah Ali, managing director of mysimplifieds.com.
"Our advertisers stand to benefit from this new influx of traffic as it increases the exposure of their listings which ultimately leads to an increase in sales,” said Patrick Grove, executive chairman of the iproperty.com Group.
mysimplifieds.com says it has over 5,000 unique visitors each day, while iproperty.com.my claims it is used by 500,000 property hunters each month. Late last year, iproperty.com.my said it had 163 percent more visitors and 228 percent more page views than its closest competitor.
iproperty.com.my is owned by IPGA Limited, which operates portals in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong and has investments in India and the Philippines.
Classified Ad Ventures is the owner of propertyportalwatch.com, and also owns a stake in IPGA.
